Join TAPS for an incredible evening of music featuring works by Cole, Westlake, and Reich! Often considered Steve Reich’s greatest work, Music for 18 Musicians features violin, cello, two clarinets, four voices, four pianos, three marimbas, two xylophones, vibraphone, and maracas. If you’ve never heard it live, you’re in for a thrill. This hour-long journey will take you through an unforgettable landscape of fascinating musical textures, interlocking pulses, and beautiful harmonies. You won’t want to miss this joyful celebration of communal music-making!
